Part 2: With an emphasis on grammar
Imagine traveling together and tasting the authentic foods and culture of the world’s Spanish speaking countries. Experience the music, customs and people first hand from native guest speakers. Let’s take a trip, learning together what you would need to know and say to navigate your way to your favorite Spanish speaking destination. This is an introductory conversational Spanish course for beginners as well as those with some speaking ability. This course will focus on building conversational vocabulary, cultural studies and pronunciation. The material will be presented in a multi-sensory fashion with many hands on activities used to reinforce the students learning experience. We will use songs, games and stories. Very little English will be spoken as the students are immersed each week in this increasingly important language. No homework will be required, however for those who wish to practice at home material will be provided. Hopefully, this exposure will be the beginning of a lifelong adventure. New and returning students welcome.
