We are indebted to the volunteers and financial contributors who make our program possible. We receive no public funding, make no profit, and cover operating expenses through tuition paid by participating families.
Seeking scholarship donations
Homeschooling families often sacrifice a full two-family income to spend time educating their children. As a result, CHEC families are particularly dependent on scholarships to pay tuition. Many of our teachers generously donate back part of their salary to fund tuition for one or more students in each of their classes. However, these free class spots do not completely fill the need for scholarships. Recently as many as 20% of CHEC students needed assistance. You can help by making a donation. Seeking volunteers
CHEC needs volunteers for a range of activities, most notably during class days to help with child supervision and overall coordination. If you would like to volunteer, please email Jennifer at jennifer@cvillechec.org. Our kind volunteers help us keep tuition affordable.
