Quarry Garden

Description The Quary Gardens in Schuyler are a landscape carved by industry and renewed by nature. Trails around two quarry pools meander among prairie plantings, butterfly and pollinator gardens, wetlands, vernal pools, a fern gully, and a waterside talus—all afforded by the site’s extraordinary diversity of geology, elevation, and soil chemistry.
