Middle School Tour - Booker T Washington
The tour includes an orientation film and a guided tour of birthplace of Booker T Washington. The tour will discuss what slavery was like, Washington's moment of emancipation, and a summary of what he went on to do. In addition to covering life on the farm during Washington's early years, the tour will highlight history that comes after slavery, including the 13th, 14th, 15th amendments, temporary gains, and push back.
